A tag from Belle on 8 Random Facts about myself.

I am an Easy Rider - always taking life how it comes, living in the moment. I don’t get fazed by life, they just breeze through. I am a bit of romantic and have a taste for the exotic. I love feeling the sea breze in my face, sun on my skin, slipping those shoes off.

I like to kick back. When it comes to art, I am a fashionista - hefty price tags, uncomfortable trends are worth it. Image is everything. I believe in self-expression.

As for music, it’s the soundtrack to the world. It gives me focus and concentration.

I am a Worker Bee - my ambition drives me through life - work is my number no.1 priority. I am diligent and committed. I am a bit of workaholic. I can’t help pushing myself to the limit and can’t find that off switch.

For kicks, I like to indulge - treating myself to whatever I like. After all it is not all the time I live like this. When it comes to holidays, I like to explore and immerse myself in another culture. Always on the go, I take in as much as I can. I find it hard to switch off, as I like to learn all the time.

I am Back To Basics - I strive for a simpler life, I do without disposable trends - I’m inspired by nature and longevity. Even if I have a healthy approach to life, I still have my little vices that keeps me going.

It is all part of the routine, I am a creature of habit.

My choice of drink reflects a real thirst for fun. I like to get together with my mates, and put the world to rights. Drinking is about the socialising not fancy bars.

As for the home, let’s face it, my style is not top of my list - because I’m too busy with other things in life.

my drinkmy love

I am a Part Time Lover - I am romantic and a bit of a dreamer.

For me, love is about devotion and tenderness. I try to show my feelings in simple ways everyday. My heart is right there on my sleeve. When I think of freedom - I think of the hard cash that can buy it for me. It’s obvious innit? I’m pretty wise to the World.

Oh, I am NOT tagging everyone.

Footnote: Special mention to Ris, Pao and Ms Chuva for giving me a wonderful awards. Much appreciated.

my gosh, that was quick. kung baga sa homework, natapos mo na bago ka maparibod sa harong. very very efficient and still you came up with a very creative entry. kung ako ang teacher mo, siguradong A ang grade mo.

you are a well-rounded person; simple but a bit complicated, frugal but a bit extravagant, ambition driven and still find time for some kicks and giggles. that, my friend, is how life should be.

Can I add one thing that I really really like about you that you’re probably unaware of :)

You’re very visual and sensible person - you never fail to inspire us with your very informative, straightforward entries and your impressive uses of images.

    Happy weekend K!

K, I’m glad that you’re a fashionista, next week or so, I’ll be doing a blogathon on ELLE Fashion Week Autumn/Winter from Thailand, you’d be enjoying this, I was worried about visitors because some don’t like fashion, I can’t say that I like it myself, I like to stick with simplicity.

Hi Joy, it was from my hidden “About Me” page taken from IMAGINI visual, you can actually make one for yourself. And most of them about me are “true”.

    Ms Chuva, *throws empty tissuebox*

Marni, I have few dirty little secrets but that’s only for me. I don’t like the idea of sharing my dirty laundry in public. Do we?

Belle, hahaha refer to my reply to Joy, I made it from that site not so long ago. Been thinking to include it on my About Me page kaya ang bilis ng reply ko sa tag mo. But you’re right, I am a well-rounded person but a bit complicated. You made my ears swollen already.

Redlan, and I am loyal to those people who gives me “nice comments”, thank you.

Cheh, you know what, it’s easier kasi to post photos accdg to my moods of liking. Overall, I’m a very sensitive person. I laugh at jokes even if I regard them as shallow. Hehehe.

Ginger, you write for Fashion magazine? How GRAND, huh? I’ll be reading.

Ron, correct - that’s where I found it. I thought of adding my 100 Things About Me pero, this one is much precise.

Kenks exactomento. I am contemplating here. Besides, there are few in EU na gusto kung ma-meet, of course that includes you. I am a cheap person, anything home-made is the best treat for food-dums.

    >>>you write for Fashion magazine? How GRAND, huh? I’ll be reading.

Not exactly a Fashion magazine, the photographer has an on-line web site, and 3 photographers working for him, they photo shoot most of the fashion shows in Thailand. One of my friends asked me to blog on fashion when I first started blogging and I came upon his site, but it’s in Thai, so I translated into English and asked his permission to use his photos. He wanted to cover the fashion in English but has small budget and didn’t feel comfortable writing in English himself. He took my translation and posted next to his Thai version, but that was back in Feb of this year, I think it helps him in term of traffics.

He wanted me to translate for him all the time, but I realize that I didn’t want to turn my blog into a fashion blog; the traffics were great, but not the kind that I like. He asked me last week if I’d help him out in translating next week fashion show, which I thought it might not be so bad, but since I’m not a fashionista, I’m a bit nervous about using the fashion terminology. It’s not grand; it’s very stressful because I’ve to get it done on a timely fashion.

“hefty price tags, uncomfortable trends are worth it.”
