I have never done this in a while. So let’s take a long walk…
Dezphaire got disappointed when she finds out that her favourite UKAY shops (everytime she mention this word “ukay” made me really laugh) was gone. One time Chips and I were in Tagaytay and I was supposed to stop by the ukay-ukay shop that was along the rotonda.
Dice Six is having a brain-malfunctions these days, it could be the thumb? Still, the thought of a low-skill-labour-existence does not hinder me from craving a drink right now. My brain needs something to dissolve all those facts and figures in…. as they block my other brain-functions such as the ones responsible for breathing normally or stopping me to rock back and forth.
G’s spot was enjoying to get a tan out of Mickey and Minnie on a hot sunny day at the ‘Most Happiest Place on Earth’. but it was serious fun and with a scorching aftrenoon, we didnt mind getting wet. however not everyone thought of it that way…once they started squirting water, people started bringing out their umbrellas! gaaaah! the point is to get wet! which is why there is a dry zone. don’t stay to the “you-will-get-zone”! gaaah!
Rho was treated a different approach on a date which made her ‘feeling pretty special’ from Sinta. “I just wanted to pamper you,” he says. Not a minute goes by, and there’s another knock at the door. Utterly confused, I look at Sinta, and for some reason, I back away towards the other side of the room. Maybe I didn’t want to see what was coming up next? At the same time, I was curious with anticipation.
Daniel was really ecstatic when he finally bought his favourite notebook. I admit, I got one of those ‘moles’ too, stucked in my face. so today i finally got one! it did cost me and by far it’s the most expensive notebook i have but good news to notebook fantics out there, i got it from a local importer.
Duke confessed she find it amusing that kissing everyone on both cheek is quite normal and confusing sometimes. My husband, grew up in an environment where it is automatic to greet a friend or family with a kiss on both cheeks. So basically, when he met my friends and family, he did what he was used to. My parents were amused by the fact that he doesn’t only give one kiss on the cheek but on both sides.
Midori-X is keeping her promises these days, either going on a detox or throwing away her PC can make things simply easier? I admit I’m a file hog and I’m not good at throwing away stuff. Sometimes I even cheat a little and just put all my files in CDs where I can forget about them temporarily but still reassure myself that they are there. I know that defeats the purpose of purging but I can’t help it.
Pep is having trouble with PDA’s until he realized, it was time to said goodbye to the old good machine. So that’s that then? The screen was still acting up, but after some careful attention it would (sometimes, only sometimes) be nice and play along. So there I was with the PDA. It was back to life and the TomTom sat nav had awoken. The screen was attentive enough to allow me to punch in the postal code of my destination.
Dimaks is trying to cope with things that sometimes we say, ‘life is not as easy as walking on a park’. He seemed to be waving goodbye to blogosphere, I hope it’s only temporary. If I’d break up something I didn’t mean to, I’ll keep it aside and get a super glue to put it back together. It may not be easy, but at least I tried. i may not be able to get to this once-loved diversion of mine in the internet world.. or perhaps, i shall call this as hibernation? anyways, i am just damned broke! trying to find the once-purpose driven me.
Belle is going to give away cute furry-little-stuffy toys unless you give her an extra helping hand. Only if I can travel-by-foot to her house, I might bring some TURON for siesta while we pack, with ice coca-cola too. Last Monday when I came home from work, I was greeted with this sight in my living room. My husband hauled all these stuff from the garage to the living room for me to pack to send to the province. I am also packing my not so old PC to give to my nephew who is going to high school next year.
Rhea has a beautiful mind with a beautiful heart. Everytime I visit her blog, it makes me weep when she writes a poem. Tomorrow I weep, For a stark reminder will be before me. That your face I will miss, Your smile I won’t see.
Blue gave me an award that he’d almost ’screw up on stage’ before accepting the ‘Blogging Star Award’ trophy. I don’t deserve this but I’m truly honored. Thank you so much for the support of my “Solid,Liquid and Gas” Fans Club and to Mother Lily for always believing in me.
Cheh is having trouble finding a seat in a Jumbo Airbus plane. She couldn’t believe there were so many OFW’s smelling Jo Malone inside the cabin and she’d literally wanted ‘to slash her wrist at the thought of being trapped in a plane with all of them’. And it bothers me. My significant observation which really bothering me were the intense, frequent, remarkable use of profanity by the angry filipina women against the elite.
Airwind thinks he’s a loser. And I think he’s just being funny enjoying his iPod. Dumating ang araw ng exam. 60 mins for CE and 50mins for Tech. Lahat ng exam will be done online. Pa easy-easy pa rin ako. Nang hiram pa nga ako ng ipod sa katabi ko para marelax while taking the exam.
Ginger shows off the beauty of being an Asian. It seems with Laos that either little is known about the country, its history and people, or that there are strong misconceptions. Laos Essential Artistry wants to change that.
Thess loves to watch his hubby’s ass while she learn how to strut like a Fox? I am talking about dancing, my h u s b a n d, will be dancing! I dance a little but my husband who totally has no feeling or rhythm in music (his exact words actually) has agreed to my suggestion to take up dance lessons! He hates dancing!
Consuela is back-packing again to School. It seems like she’s not ready after having a long weekend off. I would feel the same thing. How fast the summer and weekend went! The day has finally arrived. Today is “back to school” day. My first class starts in a few hours and I don’t know if I should feel excited or not.
Inthesity talks about Restaurants. Since I can’t read Spanish, Babel Fish came to rescue but I don’t trust this translation. You enter 22.30 by a sliding door, the one of the street also is it, all the tables except one of two are occupied, and all the client-settlers of all the tables, of a total of five occur the return and they watch to you.
Well guys, I’ve had read every single one of You, just can’t put it all together. I hope it’s OK if I sometime leave without saying anything, at least I left something behind, my footprints in your stats. Promise, one atta time, I will go ‘knockin’ upon your door’ and re-read all your entries. For now, thank you for all the short extract, it did save my time writing my own.

naku una na naman ako. wehehe … salamat sa pag bgay ng magandang meaning sa post ko. siguro nga sometimes you dont need to be so serious .. ika nga tawanan ang problema. bawas wrinkles. wehehe
I’m second.
wow classic ang quotes from me. that really cracks me up even if I’m the one who said that. It just shows na members ng fans ko ay unstable like the three phases of matter. hahaha.
BTW, where the heck do you get your pics? nakakahalata na talaga ako, ang gaganda nila. sa google kasi ako naghahanap eh kalimitan puro recycle. share naman at san. ang gaganda eh. kutob ko flickr no?
Wind, yoko ng seryosong blog although once in a while I do write serious crap here, pero ayoko namang senseless yung sinusulat ko pero tama, we should enjoy writing with a little bit of decency, remember our blog is for everyone to see so our writings also reflect of who we are at the same time.
Blue, surf on flickr.com. I try not to use photos of user with restrictive copyrights and there are millions of photos to choose from. It would be easier if you upload your own photos tho.
I don´t have time to read everyone now, I´ll do it toomorrow, I just want to thank you for the link, and say that the translation is quite accurate, except for the prepositions. If i can I´ll do a small English version latter.
Hi K, I seem to have a writer’s block lately, that post came with a lot of e-mail string attached. I feel like joining Dimaks, I just visited him the post before and now he is saying good-bye, maybe it’s me and not you.
ahem!thanks K ! lam ko na ngayon kung saan ka natambay, lol
enjoy the rest of the week pls! ingat
inthesity, I don’t trust this Babel translator it’s not hundred percent effective. Since I can’t understand your language, I could only guess a few words from the title of your entry about the new restaurant?
Ginger, I think people sometimes hibernate when the weather changed. Now it feels like Autumn is here. Don’t force yourself to write – it will pass but he’s coming back real soon, fingers-crossed.
Cheh, natambay naman talaga ako anywhere. I can balance my reading from happy entry to sad entry to reading photos. Most likely, I frequent those who blog in a regular basis. OK I’m bias, pero I’m more than interested to those who update their blogs, kahit once a week, months. Kapag dead entry na for several months (years?) dapat chop-chop na sa blogroll (with consent). Hahaha.
Thanks K! It’s always nice having you around.
And as for me concerning you blog… how did Mariah Carey and the Jackson 5 so accurately put it?
I’ll be there.
hi, K! thanks for the shoutouts! this is a cool way of sending blog traffic our way. and thanks for dropping by. have a great week!
Dicey, I am your avid reader remember? And because you’re from HK it is always exciting to read what you’re up to. Sooner or later, if we bump each other in some malls, perhaps in LC, then kindly grab me for a quick macchiato. You can pretty much recognise me, just look at my moles, at ako na yun.
Rho, doesn’t everybody knows what trackback is? I really like the idea of linking a certain posts thru trackback and I hope that’s ok with you.
o nga o nga!! pati na rin yung hindi nagpaparamdam for ages i chop chop din hahaha
Yehey!!! Blogger of the minute ako! Thanks, K. muwahhhhh! You’ve put a smile on my face for the rest of the day!
I love the way you also feature other bloggers. I always find the nicest blogs to read thanks to you.
Cheh, KORAK! When I first blog, I am so easy on linking people (I still do) but then again, having long list of friends in your blogroll is also a stress – doesn’t mean you can really read everyone. So I usually keep (and still looking) and pick the ones according to my liking and whatever I am comfortable with (esp the ones with a bit of meat on the bones).
Marni, you are most welcome. You may not blog on a regular basis (yes I noticed hahaha) but you remain consistent. The first time I come across your blog, I liked it already.
Ohh my, you’ve included me on the list…thank you very much! What an honor
It was also fun reading the other blogs on your list…
First day of school was o-kay, no lecture but instead the usual introductions; Hi, my name is Consuela and I’m from Malaysia… (yuck)
K, salamat for the mention. I actually set aside two monkey beanie babies. All I need is your address. Right now, the two monkeys are next to me, one is lying on my desk being playful while the other one is sitting seriously. Mura lang naman mag mail niyan siguro.
Consuela, of course. And obviously we share the same thoughts on music. And what’s more, your favourite foods that you share on your photos.
Belle, I was just kidding about the monkey, thank you for the offer. But I think it’s a good idea if you can give me your mailing address, I’ll send you a postcard instead.
Did I say that I love watching my hubby’s arse? Richard Gere’s, darling, Richard Gere’s! *LMAO*
I needed to smile and relax right at this moment..thank you K …I mean it! *hugs K tight and lightly grabs his tush he he*
now see what I’m learning from you!
PS>.
Go to my blog and think a name for me, will yah?
Thess, it looked like as you grab and pulled me in, I’d almost crashed into the garbage bin. It probably wouldn’t have hurt me though if it did because that was sweet.
I’ll give you the title: “Read My Lips, And Tell Me What It Says”. How’s that?
I blog less about my life when tough shit is going on. It’s better now.
it’s only mid-september and there has been a lot that have been shared already, some cool, some fun, some hilarious, some heartbreaking (like dimaks on a hiatus), and thanks–nothing too serious.
