I saw it on TV
Do you like to laugh at Commercials?
In Hong Kong, there’s nothing worth-noting commercials that I would pick as funny or forgettable. All TV ads here ZUX, unattractive, miserable and just doesn’t make sense.
My friend work for this company, the first video. I would usually ask her to do some tricks, you know if she really had talents. This one reminds me of her. WARNING: Please do not imitate this act.
“I Have A Special Gift” – Papyrus Gift Shop – Hong Kong
In the Philippines, one of the most unforgettable commercial in the 80’s could be this. Who can forget Alice Dixson? This soap commercial gave way for her fame as an actress.
“I Can Feel It” – Palmolive Soap – Philippines
Sex? More Sex? Just sexy or overrated?
“Wear it 24/7″ – Axe Deodorant – USA?
Well I think this one is hilarious, mmmm pretty much a perverted commercial. They used kids for this? It should be banned.
“Tidy Up” – IKEA – Not sure from where, Germany maybe, Cheh?
I love commercials. And I laugh and mimic them all the time. No, not the ones above. Some commercials would really make a big statement to sell a product. Sometimes they mix scary stuff and funny stuff to sell the stuff. The best way? That’s right, just add a little sex and exploit a woman’s body to sell the product and it would work successfully.
Apparently I’m home and have nothing else to eat. Ahhhh, buti na lang meron akong Lucky Me Pancit Canton noodles.
On the news: Hong Kong experienced a serious Rainstorm (typhoon #8 this afternoon? I didn’t know that) and it has caused chaos for many commuters as most ferries, buses and trains has already been suspended earlier at six pm. People are jostling on the MTR to leave home, others living on the outlying Island has to find refuge for the night until the warning sign has lowered. At the moment, it is now signal #3.
