Most of the time I do, yes. I always thought for a minute that being alone can sharpen your mind. Don’t we all realized that everyone is busier than ever, but less happy than ever? Why is that? I think it’s truly one of the most important thing in life – need time to relax, meditate and think. I’m sure God dint want us to get so busy to neglect these things that are important to me.

True. If people went for happiness first, rather than money, power, wealth, fame and all the other stuff, we would all be in a better world. We think we will be happy because of wealth, for instance; but we are only truly happy because we have sought and found happiness.
“Don’t Worry Be Happy” – that all sums up I suppose. Use our body as it was intended. It can be either a source of joy, or a source of aches and pains. There’s so many things to be grateful for. Your choice really.

Looking forward on that Aemii. I think it’s always easy to do some meme and you-you once in a while. We learn to live simple and focus on what’s truly important by allowing ourselves to BE than Do then carve out an hour a day for solitude. I think thats freedom.
Hahaha Sha, I didn’t want to bother your busy skeds on this, but thank you for sharing the “simple pleasure”. I’m sure reading a book is a nice companion, I don’t do that, maybe one day I’ll do some serious reading.

There you go Meeya – I’ve set aside one day on my regular posting to this but it turned out really well, it lessened the stress somehow. Too much of a good thing is just right. I guess. the good life is just about expressing the joy and love of life.
